About the event
MHFA Standard is a two-day certification course delivered in two 7-hour sessions. The date listed is Day 1, and Day 2 will take place at the same time on the following day. This training is designed to strengthen connection, compassion, and mental health literacy in our communities. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to recognize when someone is struggling, respond with empathy, and offer support using an evidence-based framework. Certification is issued by the Mental Health Commission of Canada and is valid for 3 years.
